Any holiday decorations on the exterior of units or on common elements throughout Capitol Park IV must be removed within 30 days of the holiday to which the decorations pertain.
If the decorations are not removed from common elements, Capitol Park IV Board of Directors authorizes the site manager to remove the decorations and return them to their owner. If the decorations are not removed from the exterior of units, Capitol Park IV Board of Directors authorizes an automatic $5 per day fine on the owner’s account until the decorations are removed.
This Rule is effective January 1, 2008.
The rule is an addendum to Section D of the existing rules entitled Co-Owner Alterations to CPIV Common Elements.
