CPIV Committees
Committees are appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Board. After each Annual Meeting, the Board evaluates what special committees are needed to strengthen its internal structure and/or execute the governance of CPIV.
The main purpose of committees is to report, update, and/or recommend Board action or change policy on issues. All committee work is subject to the approval of the full Board.
The following committees serve as an important communication link between the Board and CPIV residents, so to that end, co-owners should consider getting involved.
